We are looking for a friendly, confident, and well-presented Host / Guest Relation to welcome and assist our guests. You will be responsible for creating a warm first impression, managing guest needs, and ensuring a memorable experience throughout their visit.
RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Welcome and assist guests in a warm and professional manner
  • Manage reservations, seating, and guest requests
  • Build positive relationships with guests and ensure their satisfaction
  • Handle guest feedback and concerns professionally
  • Coordinate with the service team to ensure smooth operations

REQUIREMENTS
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in the same position
  • Good English communication skills
  • Friendly, confident and professional personality
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Well-presented and able to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Team player with a positive attitude
