We are looking for a friendly, attentive, and customer-oriented Waiter / Waitress to join our service team. You will be responsible for providing excellent guest service, taking orders accurately, and ensuring a smooth and enjoyable dining experience from arrival to departure.
Responsibilities:
  • Greet and serve guests in a friendly and professional manner
  • Take food, beverage, and hookah orders accurately
  • Provide excellent customer service throughout the guest experience
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area
  • Coordinate with the kitchen, bar, and other service teams
  • Handle guest requests and concerns professionally
  • Ensure all service standards and SOPs are followed

Requirements:
  • Indonesian citizen
  • Experience at the same position for 6 months is necessary
  • Good communication skills & nice attitude
  • Languages: English or other languages will be an advantage
  • Team player
