We are looking for a responsible, attentive, and energetic Charcoalman to join our Hookah Team. You will be responsible for preparing, handling, and replacing charcoal for shisha throughout the guest experience, while ensuring proper service, cleanliness, and safety standards
RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Prepare and manage charcoal for shisha service
  • Replace and refresh charcoal on shisha according to service standards
  • Monitor charcoal condition and ensure it is properly heated before use
  • Check shisha charcoal regularly to maintain a consistent guest experience
  • Deliver and handle charcoal safely and efficiently
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the charcoal preparation area
  • Handle hot charcoal carefully and follow all safety procedures
  • Coordinate with the Hookah Master and Service Teams during operations
  • Respond promptly to guest needs related to shisha service
  • Follow company SOPs, hygiene and safety standards

REQUIREMENTS
  • Indonesian citizen
  • Fresh graduates are welcome
  • Non experienced are welcome
  • Good communication skills and a positive attitude
  • Responsible, alert and attentive to detail
  • Good teamwork and willingness to learn
  • Able to work flexible shifts, weekends and public holidays
