WAITER / WAITRESS

Full-time Eden Seminyak

We are looking for a friendly, attentive, and customer-oriented Waiter / Waitress to join our service team. You will be responsible for providing excellent guest service, taking orders accurately, and ensuring a smooth and enjoyable dining experience from arrival to departure.

Responsibilities:

Greet and serve guests in a friendly and professional manner
Take food, beverage, and hookah orders accurately
Provide excellent customer service throughout the guest experience
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area
Coordinate with the kitchen, bar, and other service teams
Handle guest requests and concerns professionally
Ensure all service standards and SOPs are followed

Requirements:

Indonesian citizen
Experience at the same position for 6 months is necessary
Good communication skills & nice attitude
Languages: English or other languages will be an advantage
