Cook Helper Cold/ Pastry

We are looking for a dedicated, detail-oriented, and willing-to-learn Cook Helper to support our Cold Kitchen & Pastry team. You will assist with food and pastry preparation, maintain cleanliness, and help ensure consistent quality and smooth daily kitchen operations.
Responsibilities:
  • Assist with cold food and pastry preparation
  • Prepare and organize ingredients according to kitchen requirements
  • Assist the Cook / Pastry team with daily production
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the workstation
  • Ensure ingredients and prepared items are stored properly
  • Support the team during busy service periods
  • Follow food safety, hygiene, and kitchen SOPs

Requirements:
  • Indonesian citizen
  • Experience in Cold Kitchen or Pastry is preferred
  • Willing to learn and develop culinary skills
  • Good attention to detail and cleanliness
  • Responsible, disciplined, and hardworking
  • Good teamwork and communication skills
  • Able to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
